This workshop will be delivered by Sarah McPherson and Maureen Ledeatte.
Sarah is a fully qualified personal counselor and accredited business adviser. Her business experience ranges from developing a pewter jewellery business in the Shetland Islands to working with the UK Government, and most recently. Sarah has set up her own consultancy alongside running a textile art sideline.
A creative entrepreneur, school governor trainer, and mother of 6, Maureen successfully combines all her passions to create a unique and colourful blend of corporate and holistic services. Maureen will share some of her tips on life’s challenges and present various strategies to empower women to embrace their unique journey through life.
This workshop is part of a project called Women Into Non-Traditional Occupations (WINTO). Funded by the London Development Agency (LDA), it aims to help women move into occupations in which they are largely under-represented.
The WINTO project is run through KIS Training, helping people into employment, education and enterprise.
